Your safety is our number one priority. Every treatment at SoLuna is carried out personally by Megan, an NMC-registered nurse with advanced aesthetic training and a clinical background in the NHS, where she worked as a Stroke Specialist Nurse. We use only premium, medical-grade products from trusted brands including Juvéderm, Lumifil and Lumi Pro.
Treatments involving prescription medicines always begin with a thorough face-to-face consultation in line with NMC guidelines. SoLuna is fully insured for all treatments offered.
What happens if I change my mind after booking?
We understand that plans change. Because you book online through our Faces Consent platform, you're covered by a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, giving you the right to cancel for any reason within 14 days of booking. If you need to reschedule or have any concerns, just get in touch and we'll sort it out. No pressure, no hassle.

Who will be carrying out my treatment?
Every treatment at SoLuna is personally carried out by Megan, the clinic's founder. Megan is an NMC-registered nurse qualified since 2019, with foundation and advanced training in aesthetic treatments and years of clinical experience in the NHS.
You'll never be passed to someone else or treated by anyone you haven't met. From your first consultation to your final result, you're in the same safe hands throughout.
Can I have more than one treatment at the same appointment?
Yes, in many cases. Combining treatments in the same appointment is common at SoLuna and often makes sense both practically and in terms of results.
Lip fillers and dermal fillers for other areas, such as cheeks or chin, can be done together. Wrinkle-relaxing treatments and dermal fillers complement each other well and are frequently combined. Microneedling works well alongside skin boosters.
Megan will advise on the best combination and timing at your consultation, and will never recommend combining treatments unless it genuinely benefits you.
How do I choose between dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxing treatments and skin boosters?
The right treatment depends on what you want to address. Wrinkle-relaxing treatments target expression lines caused by muscle movement, such as forehead lines and crow’s feet.
Dermal fillers restore lost volume, enhance contours and soften deeper lines. Skin boosters improve overall skin quality, hydration and radiance. Many clients benefit from a combination of all three over time.
