3. Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
