Upper face treatments cover the most commonly requested areas: the forehead, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet around the eyes. These can be treated individually or as a combination of two or three areas for a more complete upper face result. Treating multiple areas together often produces better overall harmony than treating a single area in isolation.
Gummy smile treatment relaxes the muscle that lifts the upper lip too high when smiling, reducing the amount of gum visible and creating a more balanced, confident smile. A small amount of product placed precisely above the lip produces a subtle but meaningful result.
Downturned smile treatment lifts the corners of the mouth that pull downward at rest, giving the face a tired or stern appearance even when you are not frowning. Relaxing these muscles creates a softer, more approachable resting expression.
Smoker’s lines treatment targets the fine vertical lines that form around the upper lip from repeated pursing movement. A very small amount of product placed carefully along the lip border softens these lines without affecting lip movement or shape.
Jawline slimming uses a larger dose of the same product injected into the masseter muscles on either side of the jaw. Over several weeks, the muscles gradually reduce in size, creating a softer, more oval facial shape and relieving any associated jaw tension or teeth grinding.

The product takes effect gradually over the first seven to fourteen days as the treated muscles begin to relax. Your final result is fully visible at two weeks, which is when a review appointment can be arranged if needed.
The result at its best is a face that looks subtly refreshed. Lines softer, expression lighter, without any obvious sign of treatment. Clients frequently tell us that colleagues or friends comment they look well or well-rested without being able to identify why.
Results typically last three to four months for upper face treatments. With regular maintenance, some clients find that results gradually last a little longer as the muscles adapt over time. Advanced treatments such as the Nefertiti lift and jawline slimming may last slightly longer, between four and six months.
Aftercare for wrinkle relaxing treatments
Wrinkle relaxing aftercare is straightforward. The treated areas need to be kept upright and undisturbed for the first few hours after treatment.

Avoid lying down or bending forward for four hours after treatment. This prevents the product from migrating away from the intended treatment area.
Avoid touching, rubbing or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours.
Avoid strenuous exercise, heat and alcohol for 24 hours. These increase blood flow and can cause the product to spread beyond the intended area or increase bruising.
Do keep upright and gently active for the rest of the day after your treatment.
Do contact us if you have any unusual symptoms, including any drooping of the brow or eyelid, which is a rare but possible side effect that Megan should be made aware of promptly.
Do book your two-week review if you feel the result is uneven or less than expected. Adjustments can sometimes be made at this stage.
